Heat exchanger DN 600

Project information

Dimensions: Ø 600/750mm, tube bundle length 4,000mm. On both sides with screwed-on heads consisting of a flange ring DN 600 with torospherical head. Cover on inlet and outlet side with separating plate. The tube bundle comprises 214 welded-in tubes Ø 25×1mm with three baffle plates. The heat exchanger is manufactured with Ø 750 mm in the area of the exhaust vapour inflow at a length of 1,000mm. The connection to the jacket is realised on one side with a cone, on the other side with an expansion plate. The heat exchanger is mounted on two welded-on saddles.

Materials:

  1. Completely made of 1.4307
  2. Seals made of EPDM
  3. Inner and outer surfaces pickled and passivated

Surface treatment:

  1. Inner and outer surfaces pickled and passivated

Operating data:

  1. The condensator is designed for a max. operating pressure of 5 bars at 45 °C in the tube area and -1/ 0.5 bar at 70 °C in the jacket area.
  2. Acceptance according to PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) 97/23/EG, cat. IV, module G

Tube coil heat exchanger for a vacuum evaporator

Project information

Dimensions: Tank diameter 900mm, total height 1,900mm excluding feet. Heat exchanger consisting of four single tube coils Ø 33.7×2mm with a length of 11m each with following dimensions: Ø 800mm with 5 windings; Ø 680mm with 5 windings; Ø 560mm with 7 windings; Ø 440mm with 8 windings. Total exchange surface: 5 m². Including fixtures and mounting on the ground. The flow and return connections are guided through the ground.

Materials:

  1. Parts in contact with the product made of 1.4571, outer parts made of 1.4541

Surface treatment:

  1. Inner and outer surfaces completely pickled and passivated

Operating data:

  1. The condensate tank with tube coil heat exchanger is designed for a permissible operating pressure of -1 bar at 80 °C.
  2. Acceptance by manufacturer
