5 containers with heating jacket

Ø 1,100mm, total height 1,840mm, capacity 1,200 l. On top with welded torospherical head, below with conical bottom, consisting of the hopper part and the circumferential knuckle part of a torospherical head. The containers are standing on four tube feet with feet plates and circumferential traverse joints made of square tube 40mm×40 mm. At bottom and jacket area equipped with laser-welded double jacket, which is flared with high water pressure after tank manufacturing. Including laser-welded water guidance system.

Materials:

  1. Parts in contact with the product made of 1.4404
  2. Outer parts made of 1.4301
  3. Inspection orifice sealing made of silicone with FDA approval

Surface treatment:

  1. Welding seams ground flush with the sheet surface at the inside (Ra < 0,8μ)
  2. Inner and outer surfaces completely pickled and passivated
  3. Sheet quality 2B/IIIC (Ra < 0,8μ)

Operating data:

  1. The containers are designed for a max. operating pressure of -0,95/0,49 bar in the interior and 10 bar in the double jacket, at 120 °C each
  2. Acceptance by manufacturer
